ScanChamp® Scan Engine, enables Java applications to effortlessly communicate the BatchMagic scanner (aka OPN-2001-USB), LaserChamp II (aka Microvision MS2200 Rov), CS-1504 and CS-2000 and more. Use the OPN2001,CS-1504, CS-2000, HS2120, and MS2200 Engines on all platforms supported by SerialPort providing your OPN-2001,CS-1504/CS-2000/HS-2120/MS-2200 application the ability to run on more platforms than with any other serial port Java tool on the planet. ScanChamp® Engine works with Java applications and Java applets. ScanChamp® Engine can be licensed per device, or per server, depending on the application.

Note: This API requires a SerialPort license for at least one platform. For example to enable the scanner(s) on Windows, a SerialPort Standard Windows license is required. To enable the scanner(s) on all platforms that SerialPort supports, a SerialPort Platform, Professional, or Enterprise license will supply the required components.
