Intermec SF51 Bluetooth CCD Barcode Scanners

"Intermec told me there was no way that the SF51 would work with a Mac. I can't tell you how pleased I am that the SF51 Bluetooth barcode scanner works on my Mac using SerialMagic Pro for OS X! Continually amazed..." testimonials.

The SF51 Bluetooth mobile barcode scanner will enable you to collect bar coded data without being tied to your mobile or desktop computer! This innovative device provides EV10 linear scan engine delivering unparalleled flexibility reading high density, and standard bar codes. The convenience of Bluetooth wireless technology, and industrial durability to stand up in harsh environments and multiple drops provide a unique design for the enterprise.

The solid state scan engine delivers a snappy 200 scans per second, easily reading poor quality and damaged bar codes from up to 50 cm (19.7 inches) away. Couple this with Bluetooth wireless technology and you have productivity at a whole new level. With the powerful Class 1 Bluetooth radio, so you can stay connected to your mobile device, laptop or other computer from across the room, across the street, even a down the street! For maximum range a Class 1 Bluetooth radio is required also on the host computer or mobile device. The BlueSnapXP provides a Class 1 Bluetooth radio if you need one.

Bar code scanning is the most efficient way to enter data into a computer. If the data to be entered is bar coded, using a laser scanner is 50 times faster and 10,000 times more accurate than manual data entry.

SerialMagic enables the Intermec SF51 scanners on all major mobile platforms including BlackBerry, Palm OS, Symbian, and Windows Mobile 2005.
