SerialMagic How To: Install SerialMagic to all user accounts simultaneuosly (Windows)

This outlines how to install SerialMagic Pro to all user accounts on a shared Windows machine

If you are installing SerialMagic on a shared Windows machine, you can install the software so that all users can use it.

Simply follow these instructions:

First, download SerialMagic Pro for Windows from your Store Account or from the SerialMagic Downloads page.
Next, launch the installer on the Windows machine under a user that has Administrative privileges.

Click Next, and proceed to the "Select Installation Folder" screen.

Select "Browse" to choose an alternate install directory.
Navigate to C:\Documents and Setttings\All Users\ then choose Desktop to install SerialMagic to all users' desktops.

Create a new folder "SerialMagic" so that the installation files are not loose on the desktop.
Click OK to continue, then proceed through installation.

 

Log Off and Switch Users in Windows to make sure the installation was successful to All Users.

And you're done!
