Charge Samsung Blackjack i607 Windows Mobile Smartphone

Problem: You have been happily using your Samsung Blackjack i607 to scan barcode and RFID tags,
with LaserChamp and SerialMagic then when you don't have the opportunity to get it charged before the battery goes dead.
You plug it in using USB cable to a USB port on your computer, but it will not charge.
You find that you can plug it into the Blackjack i607 AC adaptor and charge it,
and you can plug it into a Blackjack i607 vehicle adaptor and charge it.

Since you have charged your Blackjack many times with the USB cable, and it always worked,
you may think the Blacjack cable you have is bad. That is not the issue.
The issue is that the Blackjack will only charge a completely dead battery on AC or vehicle adaptor.
